the hills visit ntinda school for the deaf

last saturday, ryan and I had the opportunity to help begin a garden at this school for the deaf in ntinda. there are around 100 students here and a handful of them are blind as well. what these pictures don't show is the madness that ensued as soon as i pulled out the instant camera and handed out small prints to many of the children. it was fun to see them get so excited as they watched the photos develop in their hands. we are going back in a few minutes to help finish the garden.
